"Nate" at CrossFit Obsession







As Many Rounds in 20 minutes of : 2 Muscle Ups, 4 Handstand Push-Ups, 8 24kg KB Swings

I did 8 Rounds + 2 Muscle Ups as RX'd


PROOF women can squat 245# and do Muscle-Ups without looking or sounding like a dude.


Being strong is one of the most important things in life. But not at the expense of femininity.

Do you like looking at workout pictures of women who have retained their femininity or of women who have not? All these shots floating around of manly looking chicks doing CrossFit is scaring women away! There need to be more photos shown of fit, womanly women out there for girls to see.

I totally agree!! I love what crossfit is doing to my body and as soon as I remember a camera I'll take some shots ;)

I'm new to Crossfit. Today is actually my first WOD. Before looking at your blog, I thought women who did crossfit lost their feminine shape, but thats obviously not true. I'm so pumped to get started!!
